12 Volt & 48 Volt Battery Management Systems

Lithium-ion cells are more and more used in low-voltage vehicle batteries. In addition to the now established 48V batteries for mild hybrids, this cell technology is also increasingly finding its way into 12V starter batteries, which are installed in BEVs, hybrids, and combustion engines. A specific battery management system (BMS) integrated into the battery is essential for the safe and efficient operation of these 12V and 48V batteries.
