In addition to the manufacturing of PCBAs we also provide final product assembly, including a comprehensive support to our customers. After more than two decades of radio- and navigation head units production we currently focus also on commercial vehicle components and PCBA's for Industrial products.


  • ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING


    We are specialized in high-quality PCBA Manufacturing. Our Process includes laser marking for traceability to ensure full transparency, solder paste printing with SPI for precise paste application as well as automated SMD Placements at 4 lines. We offer reflow soldering in a nitrogen-based atmosphere for optimal solder joints and deliver reliable, precise PCBAs from Prototype to mass production. We are also specialized in manual THT Placement, selective soldering and wave soldering for optimal performance and flexibility in your designs.




  • TESTING CAPABILITIES


    We offer Inline Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to ensure precise and reliable soldering from the very start. Our AOI post THT soldering ensures the highest standards of quality control after the THT process. Additionally we offer ICT optional flash process for enhanced testing and flying probe technology to quickly and efficiently test circuit boards without the need of fixtures.

    Our quality processes focus on a zero-defect approach, utilizing 8D problem-solving, product and process validation, and rigorous audits.
    We maintain PFMEA, drive continuous improvement, and ensure precise tracking and tracing down to the component level linked to serial
    numbers. With effective complaints handling, supplier quality management, and production up to IPC Class 3 standards, we guarantee reliable, high-performance products.
