At the final stage of our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process — board separation — manual labor has been completely replaced by intelligent automation. Our fully automatic board separation machines initiate requests for empty boxes from the vertical storage system, which then delivers the corresponding Tray trays directly to the production line.
A high-precision robotic arm removes the trays and loads separated PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) units one by one. When a box is full, the system automatically sends it back to the vertical storage through a conveyor line and stacker crane, ensuring continuous, unmanned operation.
Our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) seamlessly integrates production with logistics. Work orders are automatically generated and synchronized, allowing the vertical storage system to retrieve the required PCBA units and deliver them to the designated stations.
